Running athletic teams takes a lot of work and a lot of people. If you are helping your JR team with snacks, planning, making MVP Awards, gift bags/welcome packets, or supporting the team in a way outside of Coaching, Officiating, Fundraising, or Game Day roles, and you are not a "Team Parent" (Team Parents can log their hours here) this is the Opportunity for you.

The position engages Home Team skaters and their families in Juniors events, activities, and programs. This position helps push pertinent information to families on each team. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Be the Welcome Wagon for HT cleared skaters/parents at practices  Create draft swag bags for newly drafted skaters  Ensure newly drafted skaters know the ins and outs of the team (how to order jerseys, practice times, etc)  Connect with coaches and let them know you are there for them and will communicate with team families.  Coordinate headshots of skaters at the beginning of the season  Coordinate team bonding events  Ensure MVP awards are created for all bouts/games  Arrange snacks for skaters and coaches at bouts/games  Arrange for attendance to be taken per coach preference
