Objectives Provide exceptional customer service to everyone who comes in the door Print all lists and paperwork needed for the front entrance. Have info available for special ticketing for that event. Track supplies and manage their upkeep in volunteer box (i.e.. pens, stamps, ink pads, wristbands, photo passes, etc.) and communicate needs to the Event Manager Prepare and organize front table for check in, including cleaning, set-up, and supply management. Check in with Events Manager for cash bank, door numbers, and any last minute adjustments. Follow all check in and entrance processes for production, skaters, and fans Make change for cash sales, swipe credit cards using the Square Deposit cash from door sales properly in safe.
