
Who We Are
The Merch Team manages all the merchandise from planning & creation to selling finished products and everything in between. The sales from merch help to fund our non-profit.
What We Do
There are many moving parts that make the Merch Team successful. We keep up on current trends and plan by season what types of items we want to carry. We work with the Graphics Team to plan and create designs for apparel & accessories & with vendors to make those designs happen. When we receive the items, we input them into our inventory and put the items up on our online store. When items sell, we ship them out. We work with the Marketing Team to promote new merch & work at events for in person sales.
Experience needed depends on what type of role you are interested in. If you love fashion and stay up on current trends, you would be perfect to help plan and source new merch. Do you love numbers? You would be great and managing inventory. Do you love talking to people and hanging out at events? You would enjoy selling merch in-person. Do you love photography & video? You could take the photos for the online store or make videos for social media!
