Be the friendly first face of PNW Pile Up! Front Entrance volunteers create a smooth, welcoming check-in experience for fans, skaters, officials, and volunteers while helping the event start on a positive note.
You’ll help greet attendees, check guests in, handle ticket sales and re-entry needs, and keep the front table organized and well-stocked. Responsibilities include preparing the check-in area, managing supplies (wristbands, stamps, programs, etc.), coordinating with the Events Manager on door details, and processing cash or card sales using Square.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and brings a friendly, solution-focused attitude. Cash-handling and customer service experience are helpful but not required.
