The position engages Home Team skaters and their families in Juniors events, activities, and programs. This position helps push pertinent information to families on each team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the Welcome Wagon for HT cleared skaters/parents at practices
- Create draft swag bags for newly drafted skaters
- Ensure newly drafted skaters know the ins and outs of the team (how to order jerseys, practice times, etc)
- Connect with coaches and let them know you are there for them and will communicate with team families.
- Coordinate headshots of skaters at the beginning of the season
- Coordinate team bonding events
- Ensure MVP awards are created for all bouts/games
- Arrange snacks for skaters and coaches at bouts/games
- Arrange for attendance to be taken per coach preference
