WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- We have a quality control feedback loop for our Announcers and Stream Team
- Our games are reviewed through a DEI lens before they are released publicly
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Watch bouts after they have been uploaded to YouTube but before they are live for the public (1 week after bout day)
- Provide feedback to Announcers and the Stream Team
- What are we doing great
- Where do we need improvements
- Any specific errors that need addressing (calling skaters by the wrong name, using terminology we don’t use any more)
REQUIRED SKILLS OR CERTIFICATION:
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of Roller Derby game play
- Ability to recognize skaters during game play
- Willingness to review game footage through a DEI lens
