WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Half-time games are planned in advance
- Improved Fan Engagement
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize half-time games for bouts
- Brainstorm and communicate ideas with the EFM
- Track down supplies and prizes for games
- Games should last between 5 and 7 minutes
- Document games in detail for the Announcers and future games
- Finds contestants at events and walk them through the games
