Practices: Wednesdays 430pm - 6pm

Be a positive skating and community example for Buds (12 – 17-year-olds) and mentor up-and-coming JR Assistant coaches.

What Success Looks Like:

1. Skaters are meeting personal and team goals, within the framework of the Juniors 3-Part Team Training.
2. JR Assistant Coaches learn how to create practice plans and training arcs, run a practice, and positively interact with skaters and parents.
