Be a positive skating and community example for Petals (7 – 12-year-olds) and mentor up and coming Assistant coaches.  
 
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: 

  • Skaters are meeting personal and team goals, within the framework of the Juniors 3-Part Team training.  
  • Assistant Coaches learn how to create a practice plan and training arc, run a practice, and positively interact with skaters and parents.
