Be a positive skating and community example for Petals (7 – 12-year-olds) and mentor up and coming Assistant Coaches.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Skaters are meeting personal goals and given the opportunities to grow their skills for the fall
- Assistant Coaches learn how to create a practice plan and training arc, run a practice, and positively interact with skaters and parents.
