Age range: Buds (12-18)

Skills worked on Yellow Level: plow (stop immediately with contact), transitions (both sides), backward crossovers, tracking (with a partner), light-medium contact skills (bumps, driving contact), tripod skills (brace, butts, light pushing). Skills worked on Green Level: 1-on-1 blocking, tripods, full contact (hits, countering, driving contact), teamwork skills (tripod formations, communication, blocking in groups), and gameplay knowledge (pack awareness, jammer privileges, rule, and penalties).
