Our JR Coach Wrangler ensures that all Junior Training Program practices have qualified and committed Coaches.
You'll work with the Junior Program Coordinator, the Junior Steering Coordinator, Coaches, and the RCR Volunteer Coordinator to:
- make sure all Wreckers' practices have a Coach
- Coaches have someone to reach out to when they need coverage for their practices
- All Coaches are in Get Connected and have the links to their practices
- There is a weekly Slack post listing practices and the Coaches
