Practices: Sundays 10am - 11am
Scrimmage: Sundays 11am - 12pm


Team White

Coaches: Kid
Practices: Sundays 12pm - 1pm
Scrimmage: Sundays 11am - 12pm


Exhibition season allows skaters to bout during the off-season and prepare our training program skaters for the upcoming home team season. 

 
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: 

  • Skaters are meeting personal and team goals, withing the framework of the Juniors 3-Part Team training.  
  • Assistant Coaches learn how to create a practice plan and training arc, run a practice, and positively interact with skaters and parents.
